Community Guidelines

The standards that keep WorkAbeg safe, honest and useful for buyers and providers.

Operator: Work Abeg Technologies LimitedEffective: October 5, 2026Version: 1.0

1. Purpose

WorkAbeg is designed to create trusted person-to-person commerce. Every user is expected to act lawfully, honestly, safely and respectfully. These Guidelines apply to profiles, listings, messages, orders, reviews, files, images and conduct connected with use of WorkAbeg.

2. Be Honest

Do not impersonate others, falsify KYC information, misrepresent qualifications, fabricate portfolios, create fake transactions, manipulate reviews, lie about completion, submit false dispute evidence or intentionally mislead another user.

3. Keep Protected Transactions on WorkAbeg

Do not move a WorkAbeg-originated transaction off-platform to avoid fees or protections. Do not disguise telephone numbers, payment details, contact information, URLs or off-platform payment instructions in text, images or other content to bypass Platform controls.

4. Respect Other Users

WorkAbeg does not permit threats, intimidation, stalking, bullying, sexual harassment, hateful abuse, doxxing, coercion, extortion, exploitation or unlawful discrimination. Disagreement over an order does not justify abuse.

5. Prohibited Services and Requests

Users may not offer, request or facilitate illegal goods or services, controlled drugs, unlawful weapons or explosives, stolen property, fraud or scams, money laundering, forged documents, identity theft, unauthorized bank or financial-account access, sexual services, trafficking or exploitation, unlawful gambling, violence, stalking, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized hacking, malware or cybercrime, academic cheating, unlawful impersonation or any other activity prohibited by applicable law. Authorized cybersecurity work must have legitimate authorization from the relevant system owner.

6. Errand Safety

Providers may decline an errand they reasonably believe is illegal, unsafe, materially different from what was disclosed, exposes them to undisclosed risk or would violate WorkAbeg rules. Users must not pressure providers to engage in unlawful or unsafe conduct.

7. Physical Property

If a provider voluntarily takes custody of another user’s property, the provider must exercise reasonable care and follow lawful order instructions. Users must not steal, substitute, intentionally damage, conceal or unlawfully retain another person’s property. KYC does not transform WorkAbeg into an insurer or guarantor of property.

8. Reviews

Reviews must relate to genuine experiences. Do not purchase reviews, trade benefits for positive ratings, threaten bad reviews to obtain unrelated concessions, coordinate review manipulation, create fake orders for ratings or knowingly publish false factual allegations.

9. User Content

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, that violates another person’s privacy, infringes intellectual property, contains malicious software, facilitates fraud, exposes sensitive personal information without justification or otherwise violates WorkAbeg rules.

10. Spam and Manipulation

Do not use WorkAbeg for unsolicited mass messaging, artificial traffic, bot manipulation, fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts intended to exploit promotions, fake purchases, reward farming or other deceptive manipulation.

11. Rewards

Referral and reward programs must be used as intended. Self-referrals, coordinated fake accounts, sham transactions and other attempts to manufacture eligibility are prohibited.

12. Sponsored Listings

Purchasing promotion does not permit misleading advertising. Sponsored providers remain subject to all listing, conduct and service requirements.

13. Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected violations. Reports should be made honestly. Knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves constitute misconduct.

14. Enforcement

Depending on severity, history and risk, WorkAbeg may educate or warn a user, remove content/listings, cancel or restrict functionality, disqualify promotional participation, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account, restrict transactions or payouts where legally permissible, or cooperate with appropriate authorities. Serious fraud, threats, illegal activity, account compromise or safety concerns may justify immediate action without advance notice.

15. Appeals

Users may request review of an enforcement decision. An appeal does not guarantee reversal. WorkAbeg may consider available evidence, severity, account history, safety implications and applicable legal requirements.

16. Cooperation With Authorities

Where legally required or reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal process, protect safety or investigate suspected criminal conduct, WorkAbeg may preserve information and cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

17. Final Principle

WorkAbeg exists to make person-to-person commerce more trustworthy. Payment protection, KYC, reviews and dispute tools reduce risk, but they do not eliminate users’ responsibility to exercise reasonable judgment when dealing with another person.
